my coaching philosophy
authenticity, resilience, faith
I believe an authentic connection with a coach is the most important factor in building sustainable, impactful, and inspiring change. Whether you are looking for personal support or navigating professional growth, the right coach will help facilitate the personal development you need for your defined goals. There are three areas of my life I want to share more with you, to give you an understanding of what shapes my multi-faceted approach to coaching: my personal experiences, my professional experiences, and my motivations in life.
my personal background
Everyone has a unique and meaningful life story- a life chart being written- that needs to be shared. My own journey has many moments of transition where my life completely fell apart, with little direction of how to move forward. While one can weather moments of personal upheaval, uncertainty, and growth themselves, I have learned the journey is much faster with support in understanding how to re:think those instances to define:
2.
1.
Who I am?
What do I want?
3.
How are the low moments in life perfectly orchestrated to facilitate the highs?
While these are the huge transitions in my life, there have been plenty of smaller transitional moments in-between. You may relate to some of these experiences directly, but the most important thing to take away is that I have the ability to hold a deep amount of space and empathy for the moments of transition you are navigating, because life doesn’t stop throwing them at us, big or small. I would love to learn about your own life story and see where we can partner to change the trajectory together.
my professional background
Corporate Career
15+ years of corporate and start-up experience in USA and Asia Pacific including DFS Group (a subsidiary of LVMH)
8+ years in director / senior leadership / managerial roles
Professional focus on strategy (BOD-level), business development, marketing strategy
My diverse work experience has brought a unique lens to how I coach in terms of what frameworks I utilise and an understanding of the realities of corporate life, start up life, and work priorities. For my more strategic, results- oriented, logical, and pragmatic clients, they find this particularly helpful.
Clients may shy away from transitional coaching and opt for corporate or executive coaching because they feel it will address their professional needs better. I would argue that professional and personal growth and needs are deeply connected. What matters more is - with the right coach - to understand at your core who you are and what you value, and then determine out how that translates to all areas of your life.

my motivations
“Yet today's version of you is a work in progress, as if it were created in clay and not set in stone. The past doesn't determine your future. Instead, by carefully examining the sculpture that's you today, you can choose to remold yourself and increasingly become more of who you truly want to be.”
